Job DescriptionHurra, a luxury chandelier company in Qatar, is seeking a Marketing Executive. This role blends marketing execution with hands-on operational support. You&rsquo;ll assist with content creation, social media management, event planning, day-to-day admin tasks, and directly assist the Founders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing physical and digital marketing activations.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, workshops, launches, or brand collaborations.</li><li>Handle supplier communication and event-related administration.</li><li>Maintain and update marketing calendars, folders, and trackers.</li><li>Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, meeting scheduling, vendor follow-ups).</li><li>Support with inventory, gifting, shipping coordination, and studio organization.</li><li>Act as a right hand to the business owner.</li><li>Keep track of priorities, deadlines, and client interactions.</li><li>Draft communications and follow up with stakeholders when needed.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication (English a must; Arabic a plus).</li><li>Prior experience in content creation, event coordination, or marketing support.</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving smoothly without constant supervision.</li><li>Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and Instagram/TikTok tools.</li><li>Create engaging social media posts (visual + captions).</li><li>Coordinate with designers, photographers, and freelancers as needed.</li><li>Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on performance.</li></ul>Only candidates in Qatar will be considered.
