Job Description
Hurra, a luxury chandelier company in Qatar, is seeking a Marketing Executive. This role blends marketing execution with hands-on operational support. You’ll assist with content creation, social media management, event planning, day-to-day admin tasks, and directly assist the Founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing physical and digital marketing activations.
- Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, workshops, launches, or brand collaborations.
- Handle supplier communication and event-related administration.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, folders, and trackers.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, meeting scheduling, vendor follow-ups).
- Support with inventory, gifting, shipping coordination, and studio organization.
- Act as a right hand to the business owner.
- Keep track of priorities, deadlines, and client interactions.
- Draft communications and follow up with stakeholders when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English a must; Arabic a plus).
- Prior experience in content creation, event coordination, or marketing support.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving smoothly without constant supervision.
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and Instagram/TikTok tools.
- Create engaging social media posts (visual + captions).
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and freelancers as needed.
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on performance.
Only candidates in Qatar will be considered. No minimum experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
