Tele sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and booking site visits. You will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.

Present and promote real estate projects to potential customers over the phone.

Generate leads, follow up regularly, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Schedule and coordinate property site visits for clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups in CRM.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide feedback from clients to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role (real estate experience preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in [English/Arabic/other local language as required].

Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
