Telesales Executive

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate details of interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
