Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase / Procurement Associate to join our eCommerce operations team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in purchase or procurement and must be proficient in Hindi to coordinate with North Indian suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Manage end-to-end purchase operations for eCommerce products.

⦁ Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement.

⦁ Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently.

⦁ Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.

⦁ Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.

⦁ Work closely with the warehouse, accounts, and product teams.

⦁ Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

⦁ Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase/procurement (eCommerce background preferred).

⦁ Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken & written).

⦁ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

⦁ Strong negotiation and communication skills.

⦁ Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.

⦁ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
