Key Responsibilities:Procurement Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Plan and execute purchasing activities aligned with project timelines and business needs.</li><li>Track material requirements across design, production, fabrication, and site execution teams.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Supplier Management<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize vendors and suppliers for materials such as wood, metal, fabrics, hardware, lighting, accessories, and finishes.</li><li>Maintain vendor database with performance tracking, pricing, and delivery reliability.</li><li>Conduct periodic market research for new vendors, materials, and innovation.</li></ul>Purchase Execution &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Create purchase orders, agreements, and follow-up documentation.</li><li>Ensure timely ordering and delivery as per BOQ, drawings, approvals, and project schedules.</li><li>Track, verify, and approve material quality against purchase specifications.</li></ul>Costing &amp; Negotiations<ul><li>Compare quotations and negotiate pricing based on volume, long-term partnerships, and payment terms.</li><li>Analyze landed cost, logistics, lead time, and procurement efficiency.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Collaborate with Design, Project, Production, Accounts, and Store teams to ensure accuracy and timely supply.</li><li>Monitor backorders, pending deliveries, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare weekly reports on procurement status, delays, cost variance, and stock updates.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Material Control<ul><li>Coordinate closely with the warehouse/store team for stock planning, inward/outward, and consumption tracking.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and minimize wastage, pilferage, or excess stock purchase.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills</li><li>Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, and furniture components</li><li>Experience with BOQs, site-based procurement, and production supply chain</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making capability</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
