Job Title: Executive Assistant &amp; Operations CoordinatorJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CFO (and leadership team as needed).This role is a mix of executive support, light accounting coordination, and day-to-day operations assistance. You will play a key role in keeping priorities organized, tasks moving, and communication clear.The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, stay ahead of deadlines, and operate with minimal direction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily priorities</li><li>Organize emails, follow-ups, and internal communication</li><li>Assist with document preparation, contracts, and general coordination</li><li>Support invoicing, billing, and collections using QuickBooks or similar systems</li><li>Track payments, expenses, and basic financial data</li><li>Help coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines across different areas of the business</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)</li><li>Assist with office organization and general administrative tasks</li><li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and occasional events</li><li>Assist with light personal tasks such as scheduling or errands when needed</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at once</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who takes ownership and stays ahead of tasks</li><li>Able to work without being micromanaged</li><li>A problem-solver who can figure things out and keep things moving</li><li>Organized, dependable, and detail-focused</li><li>Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a larger operations or accounting role</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
