Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help foster a positive experience for every patient, ensuring they receive comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality dental care.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical/dental history review</li><li>Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures</li><li>Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment plans and educate patients on oral health practices</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and update medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations</li><li>Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff</li><li>Use dental imaging technology to diagnose conditions accurately and plan appropriate treatments</li><li>Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to improve workflow efficiency and patient comfort</li><li>Manage dental fabrication processes for crowns, bridges, dentures, or other prosthetic devices as needed</li><li>Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable</li><li>Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental office procedures and patient care</li><li>Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental platforms for scheduling, documentation, and billing</li><li>Strong knowledge of all type dentistry, including working with pediatric patients (pediatrics) and understanding their specific needs</li><li>Expertise in oral surgery techniques including dental extractions and infection control measures</li><li>Experience performing root canal therapy and prosthodontic procedures</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and infection prevention protocols</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while demonstrating empathy and professionalism</li><li>Experience with dental implant restorations, including implant crown cementation and knowledge of proper implant occlusion, cement selection, and peri-implant tissue management</li></ul>Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients&rsquo; lives through dedicated care!
