Dental Assistant

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental assistant
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused attitude
• Willingness to grow with a startup office

Responsibilities Include:

• Chairside assisting for general dental procedures (e.g., exams, fillings, crowns, extractions)
• Orthodontic assisting (e.g., bonding, debonding, wire changes, impressions, patient education, retainers)
• Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean operatory
• Preparing trays and materials for procedures
• Assisting with patient flow and appointment readiness
• Supporting the doctor and team in delivering outstanding patient care
