This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while contributing to the vibrant ambiance of our establishment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions about menu items.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.</li><li>Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure seamless billing processes.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods like nightclubs or banquet events.</li><li>Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep the bar fully equipped for service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or nightlife setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are essential.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Previous experience in retail math or hospitality roles involving cashiering or sales is advantageous.
