MUST HAVE HILTON EXPERIENCE ...Overview: We are seeking an experienced and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the front office operations of our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, and providing administrative support to the office team.Duties:- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. - Coordinate and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. - Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring all visitors have a positive experience. - Maintain accurate records, including visitor logs, and manage office supplies and inventory. - Assist with office administration, including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents. - Manage and coordinate the work of other front desk staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.- Assist on guest service recoveries- Assist with charge backs .Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. - Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Computer literacy and proficiency with office software and computer applications. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Type 35+ words per minute with high accuracy. - Experience in office management and calendar management. - Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents and records.-Proficiency in PEP, Excel Word, R&amp;IJob Type: Full-timePay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Hotel management: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Hotel experience: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
