Our team values excellence, efficiency, and above all, compassionate service to every patient who walks through our doors.We are looking for a motivated, dependable assistant who thrives in a collaborative setting and is excited to be part of a technology-forward office.Position OverviewAs a Dental Assistant at Dougherty Dental Group, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the doctor chairside during restorative, surgical, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures</li><li>Prepare and break down operatories efficiently</li><li>Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos</li><li>Support patient education and help reinforce treatment recommendations</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation</li><li>Follow sterilization and infection control protocols</li></ul>Technology &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience with digital scanning (intraoral scanners) preferred</li><li>Experience with 3D printing preferred</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow with emerging dental technologies is essential</li><li>Familiarity with practice management software is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Prior dental assisting experience required</li><li>RDA required</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Positive, team-oriented mindset</li><li>Calm, empathetic chairside presence</li><li>A desire to continuously improve and grow professionally</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Employee dental benefits</li><li>Supportive, team-centered culture</li><li>Opportunity to work in a modern, technology-driven practice</li></ul>At Dougherty Dental Group, we believe in creating an exceptional patient experience through clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine care.
