This position gives you the opportunity to influence how DoveHero grows, not just in Dubai Real Estate but across future verticals and markets.Role Start Date: February 2, 2026 Responsibilities Strategic Prospecting &amp; Opportunity Generation: <ul><li>Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential leads within our ICPs using various channels, including but not limited to email, phone, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Initiate and nurture meaningful conversations with decision-makers and influencers.</li><li>Qualify prospects based on needs, pain points, and fit with DoveHero.</li><li>Consistently schedule high-quality meetings/demos for the Business Development Team.</li><li>Build and nurture your own top-of-funnel pipeline.</li></ul>Intelligence Gathering &amp; ICP Refinement <ul><li>Capture insights from calls and conversations to help refine ICP definitions, Buying triggers, Pain points, Objections, Market patterns and other factors that can heavily influence our strategies.</li><li>Provide continuous feedback to BD, Product, and Marketing to improve messaging, positioning, and targeting.</li><li>Identify emerging trends in the UAE real estate ecosystem, PropTech space, CRM market, and AI ecosystems.</li></ul>Outreach Strategy &amp; Optimization: <ul><li>Test and optimize outreach scripts, value propositions, and outreach sequences.</li><li>Provide feedback to Marketing on the relevance and quality of inbound leads, content performance, and campaign resonance.</li><li>Collaborate with BD on ABM approach for priority accounts.</li><li>Track KPIs and proactively propose improvements to enhance funnel and workflow.</li></ul>CRM Excellence &amp; Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, communications, and follow-ups within our CRM system.</li><li>Follow structured workflows for prospect handling, lead qualification, and meeting handoff.</li><li>Support leadership by providing data driven insights into outbound performance and market response.</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Has 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or outbound-driven environment in the UAE (Required).</li><li>Has 3-4 years of proven experience in an outbound sale, lead generation, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles.</li><li>Only UAE based candidates will be considered for this role. </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Professional, confident phone manner and polished personal presentation.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to time management.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.</li><li>Self-starter mindset with high ownership and initiative.</li></ul>Nice To Have <ul><li>Track record of consistently exceeding lead generation or meeting setting quotas.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
