Office &amp; Operations CoordinatorDaresbury (full-time, office-based)About the roleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office &amp; Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Daresbury office.This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business, combining office management, administration, coordination and event support. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients and external suppliers.Key responsibilitiesOffice &amp; Facilities<ul><li>Ensure the day-to-day running of the office is efficient, organised and professional</li><li>Manage meeting rooms, office facilities and supplier relationships</li><li>Oversee office supplies, equipment and general upkeep</li><li>Coordinate maintenance and liaise with providers (IT, utilities, security, cleaning, etc.)</li><li>Support health &amp; safety requirements, including risk assessments and training coordination</li></ul>Administration &amp; Business Support<ul><li>Provide administrative support to internal teams such as operations, marketing, finance, recruitment and licensees</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers</li><li>Maintain internal trackers, systems and records</li><li>Manage post, document preparation and general office administration</li><li>Support expense processes and operational tasks</li></ul>Front of House<ul><li>Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional experience</li><li>Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately</li><li>Support meeting preparation, including room setup, refreshments and catering</li></ul>Meetings, Travel &amp; Events<ul><li>Coordinate meetings, diaries and room bookings</li><li>Arrange travel and accommodation</li><li>Support the delivery of company events, conferences and internal socials</li><li>Assist with scheduling and logistics for key business meetings</li></ul>Systems &amp; IT Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate system access for new joiners and leavers</li></ul>Projects &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Support ad hoc operational projects</li><li>Assist with internal initiatives, including ESG activities</li><li>Help improve and implement office processes and procedures</li></ul>About youYou&rsquo;ll be someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, professional environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.We&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask</li><li>Previous experience in an office or administration role is preferred but not essential</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>A proactive, can-do attitude</li><li>High attention to detail and reliability</li><li>Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities</li><li>Strong Microsoft 365 / Office skills</li></ul>Why join us?<ul><li>Varied and engaging role with real responsibility</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders</li><li>Collaborative and professional working environment</li><li>Scope to grow and develop within operations</li></ul>Interested?If you&rsquo;re an organised, proactive individual who enjoys a varied role and being a key part of a team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Pay: From &pound;25,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Company pension</li><li>Free parking</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
