<div><b>Landscaper (Crew Member)</b></div>
<div>Hands-on role focused on installation, labor, and execution.</div>
<div><b>Landscape Foreman (Crew Leader)</b></div>
<div>Leads the crew, manages production, and ensures jobs are completed efficiently and correctly.</div>
<div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Install <b>mulch, plants, stone, edging, and landscape features</b>
</li><li>Assist with or lead <b>grading, drainage, and site prep</b>
</li><li>Operate tools and equipment (<b>skid steers, compactors, etc.</b>)</li>
<li>Read basic layouts or plans (Foreman level = full understanding)</li>
<li>Work with your team to <b>complete jobs efficiently and on schedule</b>
</li><li>Maintain <b>clean, organized job sites and equipment</b>
</li><li>Communicate with team members and leadership daily</li>
</ul><div><b>Foreman Responsibilities (if applicable):</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead and manage a crew (production, pacing, accountability)</li>
<li>Read plans and <b>execute jobs without constant oversight</b>
</li><li>Solve problems on-site quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Ensure quality control and prevent callbacks</li>
