$17 – $25 per hour (based on experience + performance)

Positions Available
Landscaper (Crew Member)
Hands-on role focused on installation, labor, and execution.
Landscape Foreman (Crew Leader)
Leads the crew, manages production, and ensures jobs are completed efficiently and correctly.
What You’ll Do
- Install mulch, plants, stone, edging, and landscape features
- Assist with or lead grading, drainage, and site prep
- Operate tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, etc.)
- Read basic layouts or plans (Foreman level = full understanding)
- Work with your team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Communicate with team members and leadership daily
Foreman Responsibilities (if applicable):
- Lead and manage a crew (production, pacing, accountability)
- Read plans and execute jobs without constant oversight
- Solve problems on-site quickly and effectively
- Ensure quality control and prevent callbacks

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation

Pay Structure (Built to Attract Top Talent)

Landscaper (Crew Member)
- $17–$18/hr Entry-level / basic labor
- $18–$20/hr Solid worker (reliable, productive)
Landscape Foreman
- $20–$23/hr Can lead a crew and complete jobs
- $23–$25/hr High-level leader (efficient, organized, no callbacks)
