These will be aligned with brand objectives, prioritizing driving sales and traffic to our website.</li><li>Create a posting content calendar, primarily for Instagram, Pinterest, and Reddit.</li><li>Create engaging content that reflect Doyle &amp; Doyle's aesthetic and values. These include photography, video, graphics, and written posts .</li><li>Manage daily social media tasks, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience comments and direct messages.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility in search results related to vintage jewelry.</li><li>Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce beautiful and compelling materials.</li><li>Analyze performance use Google Analytics and social media metrics; prepare reports with actionable recommendations for continued growth.</li><li>Think creatively and quickly adapt to changes in the social media landscape.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media marketing campaigns within a creative or retail environment; familiarity with jewelry or luxury retail is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of best practices for different platforms and post types.</li><li>Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace.</li><li>Proficiency in Shopify preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.</li><li>Flexible and receptive to constructive feedback.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to foster community engagement both online and offline.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.</li><li>Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration is preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10003
