We are seeking a creative and resourceful Social Media Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a well established brand with a strong following. The Manager will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for our channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns for multiple platforms. These will be aligned with brand objectives, prioritizing driving sales and traffic to our website.
  • Create a posting content calendar, primarily for Instagram, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Create engaging content that reflect Doyle & Doyle's aesthetic and values. These include photography, video, graphics, and written posts .
  • Manage daily social media tasks, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience comments and direct messages.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility in search results related to vintage jewelry.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce beautiful and compelling materials.
  • Analyze performance use Google Analytics and social media metrics; prepare reports with actionable recommendations for continued growth.
  • Think creatively and quickly adapt to changes in the social media landscape.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media marketing campaigns within a creative or retail environment; familiarity with jewelry or luxury retail is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for different platforms and post types.
  • Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in Shopify preferred.
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Flexible and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster community engagement both online and offline.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10003
