Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing brand visibility. Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Web Analytics.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for social media marketing.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong relationships and community growth.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Track performance metrics regularly to assess campaign effectiveness; prepare reports on key insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new digital marketing techniques to keep strategies innovative.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and e-commerce integration.
- Experience in graphic design, photography, content creation, branding, public relations, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content outputs.
