The Position

Venue Marketing Group seeks a Social Media Manager to join our creative and sometimes crazy team. The ideal candidate is a creative communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and developing engaging social media strategies that produce measurable results. This individual will manage a portfolio of client accounts, serve as a primary point of contact, and ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with each client’s goals and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients’ social media accounts and serve as a primary point of contact.
• Develop creative social media strategies that support each client’s marketing objectives.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with online communities as appropriate.
• Help develop and manage annual strategic content calendars.
• Proactively maintain a database of approved photos, videos, and other client assets.
• Assist with or manage photo shoots at events, including coordinating logistics, securing necessary permissions, and obtaining post-event photography.
• Keep clients informed of project progress and campaign performance.
• Identify, recruit, coordinate, and manage social media influencers, ensuring fulfillment of campaign deliverables and alignment with clients’ objectives.
• Collaborate with internal creative, public relations, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Two to three years of professional social media experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for media, marketing, and emerging digital trends.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends.

Other Requirements

• Candidates must currently live in or near Jupiter, Florida.
• This is a full-time, on-site position.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
