  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and engagement tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase reach and conversions.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting across channels.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners through proactive communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Skilled in video editing and photography to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, public relations principles, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and social media platforms to derive actionable insights.
