You'll get a front-row seat to how deals really come together, while working closely with experienced, award-winning agents and industry professionals.If you're excited about learning the business or growing your business, showing up ready to contribute each day, and helping others succeed, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage contract timelines, deadlines, and compliance documents from listing to closing</li><li>Coordinate communication between clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, photographers, title companies, and vendors</li><li>Keep our CRM and transaction platforms organized and up to date</li><li>Ensure every detail is handled so transactions move smoothly and efficiently</li><li>Support our agents in delivering an exceptional client experience</li><li>Be the warm, welcoming face and voice of our office, greeting clients, prospective clients, and vendors in person and by phone</li><li>Assist with daily office operations to help the team stay organized and productive</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>A strong communicator who follows up and follows through</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms</li><li>Calm under pressure and able to prioritize multiple tasks</li><li>Proactive, resourceful, and good at anticipating what needs to happen next</li><li>Dependable, professional, and someone who takes pride in their work</li><li>Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and being part of a team</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.0 per weekWork Location: In person
