We are seeking a Part-Time In-House Marketing Coordinator to elevate and maintain our real estate brand across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, manage, and execute all digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and schedule social media content across platforms
• Edit and produce engaging video content
• Design and manage print marketing including flyers, brochures, postcards and signs
• Build and send email campaigns including newsletters and announcements
• Maintain and update the company website through third party
• Support and enhance client care systems and communication
• Coordinate and execute agent and client events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Experience with video editing and graphic design
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive, positive mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required
