Job Title:PRT (Primary Teacher &ndash; All Subjects)Job Summary:The PRT (All Subjects) is responsible for teaching and guiding students of primary classes (usually Classes I&ndash;V) in all core subjects. The teacher helps students build a strong foundation in academics while also encouraging good behavior, creativity, and curiosity in learning.Main Responsibilities: 1. Teaching and Learning<ul><li>Teach all main subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge.</li><li>Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans according to the school curriculum.</li><li>Use creative teaching methods to make learning fun and easy for young children.</li></ul>2. Classroom Management<ul><li>Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.</li><li>Take attendance regularly and monitor student behavior and progress.</li><li>Ensure classroom materials and displays are neat and organized.</li></ul>3. Student Development<ul><li>Identify learning needs of students and provide extra help where needed.</li><li>Encourage students to participate in class activities and school events.</li><li>Foster good values, manners, and teamwork among students.</li></ul>4. Assessment and Reporting<ul><li>Conduct class tests, assignments, and other assessments regularly.</li><li>Evaluate students&rsquo; performance and share progress reports with parents.</li><li>Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.</li></ul>5. Coordination and Communication<ul><li>Work closely with other teachers and the school management.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.</li><li>Communicate with parents about their child&rsquo;s academic and personal growth.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (as per CBSE norms).</li><li>Good command of English and basic computer skills.</li><li>Passion for teaching and working with young children.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.</li><li>Prior teaching experience preferred.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Classroom-based job within the school premises.</li><li>Interaction with students, parents, and school staff daily.</li><li>Active participation in school events, functions, and celebrations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Staffing<ul><li>Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.</li><li>Prepare job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist with final hiring decisions.</li><li>Maintain updated employee records and ensure proper onboarding and induction of new hires.</li></ul>2. Employee Relations<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Support positive communication and teamwork among employees.</li></ul>3. HR Compliance and Administration<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, school policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and leave management systems.</li><li>Ensure all school staff follow HR rules and policies.</li><li>Help prepare and update HR guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital record management.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office-based role within the school premises.</li><li>Interaction with teaching and administrative staff, students, and parents as required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Deoghar, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
