Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Staffing

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Prepare job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist with final hiring decisions.
  • Maintain updated employee records and ensure proper onboarding and induction of new hires.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support positive communication and teamwork among employees.

3. HR Compliance and Administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, school policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure all school staff follow HR rules and policies.
  • Help prepare and update HR guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital record management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role within the school premises.
  • Interaction with teaching and administrative staff, students, and parents as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Deoghar, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)
