Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Prepare job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist with final hiring decisions.
- Maintain updated employee records and ensure proper onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support positive communication and teamwork among employees.
3. HR Compliance and Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, school policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and leave management systems.
- Ensure all school staff follow HR rules and policies.
- Help prepare and update HR guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital record management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role within the school premises.
- Interaction with teaching and administrative staff, students, and parents as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Deoghar, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
