The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, promoting study abroad opportunities, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and proven sales expertise.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide professional and personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options and academic programs.</li><li>Actively manage sales consultations, clearly presenting our services and converting inquiries into enrollments.</li><li>Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve individual and organizational targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve outreach campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MBA (preferred) or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, and work with targets.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in approach.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with attractive commission structure.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Supportive, dynamic, and performance-driven work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
