Education Counselor & Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing Focused)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Education Counselor & Sales Executive with a strong background in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, promoting study abroad opportunities, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and proven sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options and academic programs.
• Actively manage sales consultations, clearly presenting our services and converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve individual and organizational targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

• MBA (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, and work with targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in approach.
