Admissions Officer

Job Purpose

To convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions for globally recognised Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training programs including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, OTHM, Rigger Certification and other professional courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
  • Counsel prospective students about HSE certifications and career pathways
  • Explain course structures, fee plans, schedules, and certification value
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure maximum conversion into enrolments
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in CRM/system
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with training and academic teams for batch planning
  • Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients
  • Provide post-admission support and documentation assistance

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in admissions, sales, or education consultancy
  • Experience in training institutes or professional certification bodies is a plus
