Job Purpose
To convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions for globally recognised Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training programs including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, OTHM, Rigger Certification and other professional courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
- Counsel prospective students about HSE certifications and career pathways
- Explain course structures, fee plans, schedules, and certification value
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure maximum conversion into enrolments
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in CRM/system
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with training and academic teams for batch planning
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients
- Provide post-admission support and documentation assistance
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in admissions, sales, or education consultancy
- Experience in training institutes or professional certification bodies is a plus
