Job description:We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) / Office Manager to serve as a key team member in our fully mobile concierge medical practice. This hybrid role combines in-home clinical care with remote-from-home administrative responsibilities, and requires someone who thrives working independently, communicates exceptionally well, and delivers high-quality, patient-focused service.Responsibilities: Clinical Duties (All Performed in Patient Homes)<ul><li>Travel to and assist with in-home visits (vital signs, phlebotomy, specimen handling)</li><li>Perform and coordinate routine lab draws</li><li>Perform routine EKGs</li><li>Assist with triage and communication through texts, phone, and secure messaging</li><li>Provide post-visit follow-ups, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation</li></ul>Administrative Duties (All Performed Remotely from Your Home)<ul><li>Schedule appointments, confirm times with patients, and send reminders</li><li>Manage ongoing communication with patients via secure messaging and phone</li><li>Coordinate with specialty pharmacies and external providers</li><li>Track and follow up on labs, imaging, referrals, and results</li><li>Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner</li><li>Document patient encounters in the EMR system</li><li>Ensure concierge-level service by providing thoughtful, thorough follow-up care</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in healthcare administration or office management preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-through abilities</li><li>Reliable personal transportation for mobile visits</li><li>Self-directed and capable of working independently with professionalism and accountability</li><li>IV insertion experience or certification preferred (training may be provided)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay ($22&ndash;$27/hour depending on experience)</li><li>Unique role with no office hours &mdash; all care is mobile or remote</li><li>The chance to join a low-volume medical practice focused on exceptional care</li><li>A meaningful role where you build genuine relationships with patients</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This job is a combination of in person clinical duties (blood draw, ekg, vitals, etc) &amp; remote office work (lab reviews, sending faxes, invoicing patients, etc).
