A natural communicator who enjoys sales and helping people say yes to their health.</li><li>Comfotable with social media (creating content, posting, engaging).</li><li>Self Motivated and takes initiative.</li><li>Positive, solution oriented, and a true team member!</li><li>Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and schedule appointments using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.</li><li>Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation review and data entry.</li><li>Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance verification, and handle collections related to medical billing and copayments</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records, update care plans, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.</li><li>Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, provide appointment reminders, and direct calls appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Support marketing efforts by developing outreach campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating content for social media, and promotional materials to increase patient engagement.</li><li>Assist in clinic operations by managing office supplies, and supporting front desk activities such as intake procedures and appointment scheduling</li><li>Use computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports, update databases, and track marketing metrics for continuous improvement.</li><li>Prior experience in a medical office environment or healthcare setting is essential, preferably within medical or clinic practices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of EMR systems.</li><li>Familiarity with medical coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, medical billing processes, and insurance verification procedures is highly desirable.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse patient populations</li><li>Proven experience in customer service or patient service roles with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry (10 key typing), and managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of health information management standards including HIPAA compliance is necessary.</li><li>Experience with terminology or dental office management software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft is advantageous.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference by providing exceptional patient care while supporting our practice&rsquo;s growth through innovative marketing strategies.
