We are looking for an organised, approachable, and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our administrative team. This role is key to providing a warm welcome to students, staff, and visitors, and to ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day office operations.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact at our front desk and will support a variety of administrative tasks across the college.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome students, staff, parents, and visitors to the college in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Answer phone calls and emails, direct enquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide accurate information</li><li>Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times</li><li>Assist with student enrolment, attendance records, and updating databases</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings</li><li>Support college events and activities by coordinating logistics and communication</li><li>Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining student and staff records</li><li>Provide general administrative support to college staff and management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per month
