We are looking for an organised, approachable, and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our administrative team. This role is key to providing a warm welcome to students, staff, and visitors, and to ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day office operations.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact at our front desk and will support a variety of administrative tasks across the college.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome students, staff, parents, and visitors to the college in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and emails, direct enquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times
  • Assist with student enrolment, attendance records, and updating databases
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings
  • Support college events and activities by coordinating logistics and communication
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining student and staff records
  • Provide general administrative support to college staff and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
