Dentist & Practice Systems Coordinator

• Support dental consultations, patient management, and day-to-day clinical workflows.
• Manage and maintain Dentally (Practice Management System) for scheduling, patient data, recalls, and reports.
• Oversee Boxly (Lead Management/CRM System) for tracking, following up, and converting leads into patients.
• Ensure smooth integration between Dentally and Boxly, keeping lead and appointment data accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with clinical and front-desk teams to streamline digital workflows and improve patient experience.
• Generate regular reports on leads, appointments, and clinic performance.
• Provide basic training and support to staff using these systems.
• Flexibility to work in UK business hours for smooth collaboration with the overseas team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
