Patient-Reported Outcomes (In Hospital)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction & Conversion:
  • Act as the primary contact person for all OPD and diagnostic patients.
  • Approach and counsel patients visiting for consultations, diagnostics, or other services to convert them into inpatients or regular hospital clients.
  • Provide information about hospital facilities, consultants, treatment options, and packages.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Doctor & Referral Development:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors and clinics outside the hospital for patient referrals.
  • Conduct regular visits to referring doctors to update them about hospital services, consultants, and specialty departments.
  • Follow up with referral sources to ensure consistent patient inflow.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Participate in hospital marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, and health camps.
  • Support in developing marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
  • Maintain and update records of daily visits, leads, referrals, and conversions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Handle patient feedback, grievances, and suggestions professionally and report to management for resolution.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by providing guidance and support throughout their hospital journey.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
