Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction & Conversion:
- Act as the primary contact person for all OPD and diagnostic patients.
- Approach and counsel patients visiting for consultations, diagnostics, or other services to convert them into inpatients or regular hospital clients.
- Provide information about hospital facilities, consultants, treatment options, and packages.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments for seamless service delivery.
- Doctor & Referral Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with doctors and clinics outside the hospital for patient referrals.
- Conduct regular visits to referring doctors to update them about hospital services, consultants, and specialty departments.
- Follow up with referral sources to ensure consistent patient inflow.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Participate in hospital marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, and health camps.
- Support in developing marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
- Maintain and update records of daily visits, leads, referrals, and conversions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle patient feedback, grievances, and suggestions professionally and report to management for resolution.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by providing guidance and support throughout their hospital journey.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
