Schedule &amp; Patient Volume<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Thursday only (No Fridays)</li><li>32 hours per week</li><li>10&ndash;12 patients per day</li><li>No evenings</li><li>No weekends</li></ul>This role offers an excellent work-life balancecompared with most outpatient therapy clinics. Conditions Treated You will primarily treat orthopedic and sports-related foot and ankle conditions, including:<ul><li>Plantar fasciitis</li><li>Achilles tendinitis and tendinopathy</li><li>Ankle sprains and instability</li><li>Post-surgical foot and ankle rehabilitation</li><li>Sports injuries of the foot and ankle</li><li>Balance and gait training programs</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist</li><li>Provide therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular reeducation</li><li>Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, and balance protocols</li><li>Monitor patient progress and communicate with the PT and physician</li><li>Document treatment sessions accurately and efficiently</li><li>Help maintain a professional and positive therapy environment</li></ul>Ideal Candidate We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working with motivated patients in a private practice environmentand has an interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.Preferred background:<ul><li>Outpatient private practice experience</li><li>Sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation experience</li><li>Experience treating foot and ankle conditions</li><li>Strong patient motivation and education skills</li></ul>New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
