Schedule:Monday–Thursday | 32 hours per week

Established podiatry and sports medicine clinic in Sugar Landis seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our growing foot and ankle rehabilitation program.

This position offers a predictable schedule, lower daily patient volume, and a collaborative clinical environmentworking directly with a podiatric physician and under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Schedule & Patient Volume

• Monday – Thursday only (No Fridays)
• 32 hours per week
• 10–12 patients per day
• No evenings
• No weekends

This role offers an excellent work-life balancecompared with most outpatient therapy clinics.
Conditions Treated
You will primarily treat orthopedic and sports-related foot and ankle conditions, including:

• Plantar fasciitis
• Achilles tendinitis and tendinopathy
• Ankle sprains and instability
• Post-surgical foot and ankle rehabilitation
• Sports injuries of the foot and ankle
• Balance and gait training programs

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular reeducation
• Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, and balance protocols
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the PT and physician
• Document treatment sessions accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain a professional and positive therapy environment

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working with motivated patients in a private practice environmentand has an interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Preferred background:

• Outpatient private practice experience
• Sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation experience
• Experience treating foot and ankle conditions
• Strong patient motivation and education skills

New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)in Texas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a team-based clinic environment
