Dr Mohamed Almur Advocates and Legal Consultants LLC, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Dubai, is seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm&rsquo;s litigation and advisory practice, providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Legal Counsel will be responsible for, including but not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Providing timely, accurate, and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters under UAE law</li><li>Drafting legal memorandum, pleadings, submissions, and supporting documents for litigation before UAE courts</li><li>Assisting in the preparation and review of case strategies, legal opinions, and court filings</li><li>Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, including commercial, corporate, and service agreements</li><li>Conducting legal research on UAE legislation, regulations, and judicial precedents</li><li>Liaising with clients, courts, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required</li><li>Supporting senior advocates in hearings, case preparation, and client advisory work</li><li>Ensuring compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and professional standards</li><li>Managing multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university</li><li>Minimum 5 years of proven legal experience in the UAE, preferably within a law firm or legal consultancy</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE laws and court procedures</li><li>Experience in litigation support and legal drafting is essential</li><li>Excellent legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills</li><li>Strong command of English and Arabic (Any additional language proficiency is a strong advantage)</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Professional, organized, and client-focused approach</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a respected and growing legal practice in Dubai</li><li>Exposure to a broad range of legal matters and clients</li><li>Professional and collaborative working environment</li><li>Competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience</li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter.
