We are seeking a courteous, well-spoken, and highly organized Hospital Receptionist / Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a clear understanding of professional ethics and patient confidentiality, especially when interacting with international patients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients, visitors, and international clients in a polite and professional manner</li><li>Handle front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointments, and inquiries</li><li>Communicate clearly in English with international patients via phone, email, and in person</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative departments</li><li>Manage patient records, files, and basic documentation accurately</li><li>Assist international patients with admission procedures, scheduling, and general guidance</li><li>Handle billing queries, receipts, and administrative paperwork (as required)</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital ethics and protocols at all times</li><li>Ensure the reception area is organized, calm, and welcoming</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)</li><li>Pleasant personality with strong manners, ethics, and professionalism</li><li>Prior experience as a hospital receptionist, front desk executive, or administrator preferred</li><li>Ability to communicate empathetically with patients and families</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, hospital management systems preferred)</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy healthcare environment</li><li>Knowledge of medical tourism or handling international patients is an advantage</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude</li><li>Well-groomed and presentable</li><li>Trustworthy with a strong sense of confidentiality</li><li>Calm under pressure and emotionally mature</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Opportunity to work with international patients</li><li>Professional and ethical work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities in healthcare administration</li></ul>To Apply: Please apply via Indeed or send your resume to marketinginnovative93@gmail.com/ +91 8311143691.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
