We are seeking a courteous, well-spoken, and highly organized Hospital Receptionist / Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a clear understanding of professional ethics and patient confidentiality, especially when interacting with international patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, visitors, and international clients in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointments, and inquiries
  • Communicate clearly in English with international patients via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative departments
  • Manage patient records, files, and basic documentation accurately
  • Assist international patients with admission procedures, scheduling, and general guidance
  • Handle billing queries, receipts, and administrative paperwork (as required)
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital ethics and protocols at all times
  • Ensure the reception area is organized, calm, and welcoming

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Pleasant personality with strong manners, ethics, and professionalism
  • Prior experience as a hospital receptionist, front desk executive, or administrator preferred
  • Ability to communicate empathetically with patients and families
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, hospital management systems preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of medical tourism or handling international patients is an advantage
