 About the Position
 
 
 We are seeking a health care professional to assist with the monitoring and recovery of international patients after surgery. The role focuses on postoperative care and patient support in hospital and medical-hotel environments. Direct communication with overseas patients is an essential part of daily work.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Postoperative patient monitoring and support
 </li>
 <li>
 Assistance with nursing-related aftercare under physician direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Medication administration as instructed by doctors
 </li>
 <li>
 On-site overnight stay when assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with surgeons and patient coordinators
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous interaction with international patients in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic medical documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Fluent English and fluent Turkish (spoken and written) &ndash; mandatory
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in postoperative care or patient monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stay overnight when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility with working hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional, responsible, and patient-focused approach
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience with medical tourism patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in hospital or medical-hotel aftercare services
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with international patient communication
 </li>

 Overnight Requirement:
 
 
 
 Overnight stay may be required when scheduled, including occasional night shifts based on patient needs or specific requests.
