Aftercare Nurse (International Clinic)

Languages: English and Turkish – fluent in both

We are seeking a health care professional to assist with the monitoring and recovery of international patients after surgery. The role focuses on postoperative care and patient support in hospital and medical-hotel environments. Direct communication with overseas patients is an essential part of daily work.

• Postoperative patient monitoring and support
• Assistance with nursing-related aftercare under physician direction
• Medication administration as instructed by doctors
• On-site overnight stay when assigned
• Coordination with surgeons and patient coordinators
• Continuous interaction with international patients in English
• Basic medical documentation

• Fluent English and fluent Turkish (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Proven experience in postoperative care or patient monitoring
• Ability to stay overnight when required
• Flexibility with working hours
• Professional, responsible, and patient-focused approach

• Previous experience with medical tourism patients
• Background in hospital or medical-hotel aftercare services
• Experience with international patient communication

Overnight Requirement:

Overnight stay may be required when scheduled, including occasional night shifts based on patient needs or specific requests.
