(0-2 Yrs Experience)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and unit targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.</li><li>Identify, develop, and convert leads into long-term partnerships with corporates, hospitals, insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders.</li><li>Manage relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and stakeholders in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.</li><li>Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals, showcasing value proposition and ROI for clients.</li><li>Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, and deal closures.</li><li>Drive large deal closures with strategic accounts and institutional partners.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, clinical) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.</li><li>Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and networking.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>5-6 years of proven experience in healthcare business development, with strong exposure to diabetes management, digital health, or condition management solutions.</li><li>Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets consistently.</li><li>Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing enterprise-level accounts.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong presentation and proposal development skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare solutions.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership.</li><li>Strong network in healthcare ecosystem (corporates, payers, providers, pharma, wellness companies) is highly desirable.</li></ul>Interested candidate can share Updated CV/ Resume at bhakti@dr.store.incan share resume at 8655837848Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;55,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
