If you thrive in fast-paced construction settings and are eager to make a tangible impact on building infrastructure, this opportunity is for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.</li><li>Oversee construction estimating processes related to plumbing systems, including material takeoffs and cost assessments.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule work phases and ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Supervise the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical tools required for plumbing tasks.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.</li><li>Manage inventory of plumbing materials and equipment while maintaining accurate records of work performed.</li><li>Provide technical guidance on complex plumbing issues such as HVAC integration, remodeling projects, or maintenance tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in commercial or residential projects.</li><li>Skilled in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge.</li><li>Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, carpentry skills related to remodeling or assembly work.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic math for measurements and calculations.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or equipment transport.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
