We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and support the overall HR functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, referrals, and social networks.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Documentation.<ul><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and induction materials.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement<ul><li>Address employee queries and ensure a positive workplace experience.</li><li>Conduct surveys and participation programs to improve work culture.</li></ul>4. HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain employee attendance and leave records.</li><li>Assist in payroll inputs by coordinating with the finance team.</li><li>Manage exit processes including resignations, exit interviews &amp; full-and-final settlements.</li></ul>5. Policy &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization.</li><li>Maintain compliance with HR laws and company standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR roles.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with HRMS software.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,606.84 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
