The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students in classroom and laboratory settings. The role focuses on delivering high-quality theoretical instructions , preparing lesson plans, supporting academic activities, and helping students develop strong foundational nursing skills.Key Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Teach Nursing subjects as per INC curriculum.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans , presentations , and teaching aids.</li><li>Conduct classrooms lectures, lab demonstrations, and skill- based training.</li><li>Assist in planning and supervising clinical postings.</li><li>Evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and practical assessments.</li><li>Maintain academic records, attendance, and documentations.</li><li>Provide mentorship, academic guidance, and counselling to students.</li><li>Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.</li><li>Support the preparations of INC documentations.</li><li>Ensure disciplined and a positive learning environment.</li></ul>Skills Required:-<ul><li>Strong communication and teaching skills.</li><li>Clinical knowledge and patient care competencies.</li><li>Ability to handle students with patience.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency.</li><li>Professional appearance and attitude.</li></ul>Qualifications Required:-<ul><li>B.Sc Nursing with minimum one year experience.</li><li>M.Sc Nursing (any specialty)-freshers/experienced</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
