Nursing Tutor

The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students in classroom and laboratory settings. The role focuses on delivering high-quality theoretical instructions , preparing lesson plans, supporting academic activities, and helping students develop strong foundational nursing skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Teach Nursing subjects as per INC curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans , presentations , and teaching aids.
• Conduct classrooms lectures, lab demonstrations, and skill- based training.
• Assist in planning and supervising clinical postings.
• Evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and practical assessments.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and documentations.
• Provide mentorship, academic guidance, and counselling to students.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Support the preparations of INC documentations.
• Ensure disciplined and a positive learning environment.

Skills Required:-

• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Clinical knowledge and patient care competencies.
• Ability to handle students with patience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications Required:-

• B.Sc Nursing with minimum one year experience.
• M.Sc Nursing (any specialty)-freshers/experienced

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
