As a vital part of our team, you'll contribute to creating a lively, friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.</li><li>Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute; area, including food preparation and food handling to meet food safety standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accurate cash and card transactions.</li><li>Assist in food service and food preparation, including assembling food items and maintaining inventory levels.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly.</li><li>Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, adhering to all health regulations and safety procedures.</li><li>Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during busy periods, demonstrating strong retail math and cash handling skills.</li><li>Support team members with food industry best practices, including serving, food handling, and basic math for sales and inventory.</li><li>Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting store operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as a Barista or in food service, with a strong understanding of coffee and caf&eacute; operations.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and energetic demeanor.</li><li>Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and food preparation standards.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Previous experience in the food industry, retail math, and cashiering is preferred.</li><li>A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for creating welcoming caf&eacute; experiences.
