Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in identifying and developing suppliers and manufacturers for textiles, garments, fabrics, accessories, and corporate gift items. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in international sourcing&mdash;especially from China, India, and other global markets&mdash;to ensure the best combination of quality, price, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers for textiles, garments, uniforms, promotional items, and other gifting products.</li><li>Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier research, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and sample approvals.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers in China, India, and other sourcing hubs.</li><li>Ensure suppliers meet company standards for quality, compliance, and ethical sourcing.</li><li>Negotiate terms of purchase, including pricing, lead times, payment, and logistics.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure correct specifications and on-time delivery.</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends, new materials, and product innovations relevant to textiles and gift items.</li><li>Maintain supplier performance records and cost analysis reports.</li><li>Prepare sourcing reports and provide regular updates to management on new sourcing opportunities.</li><li>Handle import/export documentation, shipping coordination, and customs processes as needed.</li><li>Any other tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in international sourcing, specifically in the textile/garment and gifting industry.</li><li>Proven track record of sourcing from China and India; exposure to suppliers in Southeast Asia, Turkey, or Europe is an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment production processes, trims, accessories, and packaging.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.</li><li>Understanding of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and logistics coordination.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Hindi will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per month
