Technical Proposal Writer

We are seeking a Supplier Registration and Tenders Specialist to join our leading contracting company in Abu Dhabi. The salary will be competitive and determined based on experience and the interview outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Register the company and renew listings on government and private platforms, such as the Federal Supplier Register and Abu Dhabi procurement portals.

Monitor tenders and RFPs, coordinate with the pricing department, and submit bids on time.

Follow up with clients on bid status, analyze rejection reasons, and provide improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in tenders within UAE construction or contracting, preferably in Abu Dhabi.

Strong knowledge of government tender platforms (e.g., Abu Dhabi Energy portals) and supplier registration processes.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent MS Office skills and document management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; tender management certifications are a plus.

Ability to work under pressure, coordinate across departments, and meet deadlines.
