There is great opportunity for advancement.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Deliver friendly, professional, unmatched service to every caller and email</li><li>Take and process customer orders via phone and email with speed and accuracy</li><li>QC orders, print shipping labels (FedEx), and help prep fulfillment</li><li>Update order logs and spreadsheets in Excel</li><li>Resolve customer questions, complaints, or product concerns with confidence</li><li>Keep detailed records of all interactions and updates</li><li>Educate customers about our unique liquid supplements, their ingredients, and how to use them for maximum benefit</li><li>Cross-sell or recommend products when helpful to the customer</li><li>Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements</li><li>Stay up to date on all things Drucker Labs&mdash;products, policies, and procedures</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of customer service experience (retail, phones, or call center)</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems</li><li>Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and preferably Shopify</li><li>You know how to make someone smile&mdash;even through email</li><li>Naturally curious and always looking for a better way to do things</li><li>Cool-headed under pressure and quick on your feet</li><li>Strong organizational skills and razor-sharp attention to detail</li><li>A people-first mindset and a passion for helping others</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Love About Working Here<ul><li>Fun, fast-paced environment with a team that enjoys working together</li><li>Clear mission: People.
